So clever and unassuming, clearly devoted and yet so far away from my arms. A lingering touch is all I could ever hope for and all I really want. One look from your smoldering eyes, one kiss from you soft mouth, one embrace from your arms and I would gladly be forever yours. Missing you so much and yet never quite being able to fill that void of emptiness that appears when you’re not around. It’s never full…because I miss you so. You are my heart...and I can only hope that I am yours. Without you here I feel as though I’ve lost a part of myself that can I never get back. I only want to stay forever in your arms, warm and safe. Sleep is my only real escape. Then I can leave behind this empty world and fill it with dreams of you. Life seems so empty without you near me….I’m alone even in a crowded room. Never relaxed…..never peaceful…..never whole. So far away and yet so near, I fear that I will never be as complete again as when I was yours. Make me yours once more. Come and take me away from this lackluster life; Lingering on through lifeless days and languorous nights…only for you.
